STDR-8-90 Single roller tool for deep rolling of cylindrincal workpieces

The STDR single deep rolling tool is designed for machining cylindrical shafts, flat surfaces,

as well as for spherical and conical workpieces.

STDR tools are equipped with a roller with an angled profile specially designed for radius rolling.

The 90° angle of the roller allows the entire radius of the workpiece to be machined.

A circular scale indicator allows the knurling force to be monitored.

STDR burnishing tools are designed for processing cylindrical shafts, plane surfaces, as well as
spherical and tapered work pieces. The STDR tools have an angled contour roller that is especially suited
for burnishing radii. The angle of the roller is 90° and enables you to process the whole
radius. A dial indicator allows to check the rolling force indirectly.
