Mechanical device for deep hardening of large external cylindrical parts. Maximum rolling force 3.5 tons. Designed for use on heavy lathes with increased slide load. Examples of parts - rotor shaft, turbine shaft, propeller shaft, car axles, streetcar axles and diesel locomotive axles. Diameter of the die steel roller is 120 mm. Indicator with a circular scale provides you with monitoring the value of knurling force and depth of tension.

The design of the deep rolling device allows to reconfigure to right and left hand versions and to process areas in joints, head restraints, radii at diameter transition.
