Multi-roller tools type STW for rolling, burnishing and expanding of cold-drawn, hot-rolled or drilled holes from Ø 15 to 100 mm
The STW burnishing tool is designed for taper-bore rolling with a overall taper angle of 7° in a 30-40 mm thick plate.
Exit roller diameters are 29.5...30.7 mm. at the widest point of the cone.
The machining is carried out by rotating the workpiece or the roller tool.
The spindle force should be minimized, as the rolling is self-tightening.
The rollers are made of quick-cut carbide.
To meet the precision machining needs of our customers, the tools can be easily adjusted in the hundredths range.
