SENSOR-TUNE load setting device

The adjustment device is designed to adjust and fine-tune the loading mechanism force when 
setting up all models (ST-1, ST-2, ST-3) of SENSOR-TOOL diamond burnishing tools outside the machine.

The device is available in several versions with standard mounting dimensions of tool holders of CNC 
machines and turning and milling centers.

If you want to make diamond burnishing of workparts with different hardness (e.g.  35 HRC,  47 HRC  and 55 HRC)

you need to order 3 different  diamond inserts with special radius.

You will need the SENSOR-TUNE device to make the exact presetting of the loading.

The burnishing force can vary in the range from 50N to 500N with a discreteness of 10N.

Devise  contains  dynamometer.
